Iceskimo — Second flagship in East Lake, Chula Vista.
Iceskimo is a dessert shop that specializes in Taiwanese shaved snow, handcrafted drinks, and unique Asian treats in San Diego, California.
Ever since Iceskimo opened its first retail location in 2014, I have been working directly with the owner, Robert Yang, to conceptualize and build visual designs that infuse Taiwanese food culture with San Diego’s urban, upbeat vibe.
By 2021, Iceskimo has successfully expanded into three locations in the greater San Diego area with an extended menu.
With its second flagship located in Chula Vista and third location in Del Mar, I photographed new products for in-store display and store interior for social media campaigns.
Items with graphics/photos not only attracted more foot traffic, but also increased sales by 40% and consistently outperformed all the other items in store.
