Its roster of directors creates authentic content and experiences for brands, channels, and charities. For The Colony's social media content, I edit and sound mix each Director's best work to create 20-seconds demo reels.
“Trauma” is an Afghan war documentary directed by Harry Sanna that follows the daily lives of a UH-60 Black Hawk medevac crew, depicting their heroics and struggles during service and their transition to civilian life years later.
I work with Directors, Executive Producers, and freelance artists to design the movie poster, create a website, edit trailer, and produce title cards for the trailer.
Afterparty VFX is a post-production studio that offers high-end services in visual effects, virtual reality, color correction, and design to deliver innovative and superior content. Iceskimo is a dessert shop that serves Taiwanese-inspired shaved snow in San Diego, California. My design mission is to inspire and inform the customers about Taiwanese food culture. I create visual concepts, develop branding guidelines for the store experiences, and produce designs for advertisements, signages, menus, and social media campaigns.
Save the Bear
Save the Bear is a short public service announcement on the nationwide impact of California drought in food production in 2014. As a Californian, I wanted to raise awareness on the possible results in food price inflation, increased travel cost, and the vanishing of water bodies. My target channel is Californiadrought.org and its visitors.
By choosing the symbolic California grizzly bear as the protagonist going through all the scenarios, I translated scientific data, research and reports into engaging graphic style and storytelling to evoke empathy from the viewers.

Motionist is also a prototyping tool for motion/interaction designers to experiment with shapes and visualize sound. With Motionist, anyone can be a motion graphic maker!
